Tammy Lee Dlutowski, age 51, of Donora, PA, died Friday, July 14, 2017, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA following a brief battle with breast cancer. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 9, 1966, daughter to the late Columbus Webb and the late Sherry Riser.
Tammy was the kindest, most generous and beautiful person you could ever hope to meet. Those lucky enough to have known her will agree, she truly was an earth angel. Always upbeat, bubbly and happy, she'd never hesitate to help anyone in any situation. With a heart of gold, a kind soul, and a contagious love of life, she made every day a better day, and the world a better place. An active member of numerous local social clubs, she loved the life and home she shared with her husband Dave and her beloved Yorkies.

Surviving family includes her husband and soulmate, David M. Dlutowski; two sons, Steven Harshbarger of FL and LCpl Randy (Luisa) Harshbarger of NY; two step-sons, Chris and Alex Dlutowski of FL; a grandson, Andrew Harshbarger of MS; her father and mother-in-law Edmund and Ginger Dlutowski of Victory Hill, brothers and sisters-in-law: Susan and Jim Dankovich of England; Ed and Vicky Dlutowski of Monongahela and Tim and Holly Dlutowski of SC.

Arrangements are being handled by Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, July 21, 2017, followed by Funeral Services at 8:00pm with Fr. Robert Hanna officiating. Dinner and drinks to follow at St. Dominic Men's Club, 601 Thompson Avenue, Donora, Pa 15033.
