Condolence: I have missed my old card-playing buddy for the last two years. What great times we had together playing cards after dinner in Andi's dining room. I learned about Donora being the town of champions and about it being the best town next to your town. I also learned about Pope Gallifa, Stan Musial, the Griffys and all those other wonderful stars of the past. And, of course, the best cooks come from a certain part of Italy as verified by the priest who had those cooks make dinner for special occasions. I learned about the house on Fourth Street and how much you admired Nonno and Nonna. Marian, I'm sorry that I haven't been to see you more the past six months, but will always treasure the times we spent together talking and getting Andi riled up which wasn't hard to do. I know too how proud you were of your kids and their families. May God keep you in His loving arms forever. I love you and miss you, Janet

Your Mom will ALWAYS live on in our hearts as one of the most loving and generous people I've ever known. I can still see her coming into the kitchen at 2 AM rubbing her eyes and asking us if she should "grill us up some steaks!" Amazing lady!
