Helen F. Pipik, age 99, of Donora, PA, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Havencrest Heathcare and Rehabilitation Center in Carroll Twp., PA.
She was born January 8, 1923 in Donora, PA the daughter of the late Kazimer Debowski and the late Mary Chmaj Debowski.
She was a catholic by faith.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Pipik; a daughter, Marlene Geary; two grandchildren; a sister Violet Zielinski; three brothers, Walter Debowski and Joseph Debowski and Ed Debowski; a son-in-law Larry Sanchez; and a daughter-in-law Wendy Pipik.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her children Rosemary (Armondo) Ruiz of Texas, Mary Louise Sanchez of Donora, Karen (David) Lapole of Mercerberg and Joseph (Helen) Pipik of IL; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; one brother Anthony Debowski of Carroll Twp.; a son-in-law Earl Geary of Normanville; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where a private family visitation was held from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday, September 12, 2022.
