Obituary for Mary Muia (Fout)

Marybelle Fout Muia, 89, of Carroll Township, passed into the Lord's hands on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Hayfield, VA on August 10, 1931, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Ethel Estella Palmer Fout.
She was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. Lovingly caring for her family and home was always a high priority. She always took care of others first before herself. Her beautiful flowers, garden, delicious meals, and baking (homemade bread!!) were enjoyed by many. The sewing machine was her hobby creating many clothes, curtains, and other home items through the years. Her sitting time usually found her with a crochet hook and yarn. Many have sang and tapped their foot as she played the piano...listen to a song once then play it "by ear". She will be so very much missed!
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband whom she married May 9, 1953, Edward Anthony Dominic Muia who passed away on April 28, 2006; two sisters, Goldie Love Fout Muia and Catherine Elizabeth Fout; four brothers, Earl Lee Fout, William Carson Fout, Robert Lee Fout, and Charles Edward Fout.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Diane Constancia Muia Hockman and husband William Mark of Winchester, VA, Belle Terese Muia of Carroll Township, and Rachele Lee Muia Minor of Katy, TX; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Frederick Arthur (Betty) Fout and Richard Earl Fout both of Winchester, VA; a sister in-law, Clementine Amati; and many nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services and entombment were held by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second Street Extension, Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, (724) 379-6900.
