Louis M. Offerman, Sr., 92 of Charleroi, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands on September 16, 1927, a son of the late Dirk and Gerritje Raatsie Offerman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gertrude deBruin Offerman on September 14, 2012 and one daughter, Lucy Fetterman; also three sisters and a brother He is survived by three children, Ingrid Humphrey of Charleroi, Louis (Christie) Offerman of Carroll Township and Mary Campbell of Fayette City; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
