Obituary for Marion E. Jackman (Miller)
Marion E. Jackman, age 85, of Baden, PA, formerly of Donora, died Saturday, January 11, 2020, at UPMC Passavant Cranberry.
Marion was born December 6, 1934 in Donora the daughter of the late Joseph C. Miller and the late Sophie V. (Harmon) Miller.
She was a member of the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Jackman on June 12, 2001; a sister, Margaret Adamson; and a brother, Joseph Miller; also a nephew.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Joe Jackman of Raleigh, NC, Jeff (Angela) Jackman of Summerfield, NC and Jennifer (Todd) Edmiston of Latrobe; Grandchildren, Jeffrey ( Lindsey) Jackman of Greensboro, NC, Nicole Jackman of Concord, NC, Amanda Jackman of Summerfield, NC and Brian Jackman of Haddonfield, NJ; a brother, Rick (Karen) Miller of Land O'Lakes, FL; a sister-in-law, Mary Miller of Denville, NJ; 11 nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Rose Ferrara of Monessen, Frances Reeves of Charleroi, Arlene Sieg of Baden, Rose Jelinek of New Brighton and Paul and Elizabeth Olshenske of Baden.
Arrangements are being handled by Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 AM followed by a 10:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial at the Donora Campus of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish.
Entombment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora, PA
