Luke Altamare, age 54, of Donora, PA, died Sunday, August 6, 2017, at his home in Donora, PA.

He was born November 6, 1962 in N. Charleroi, PA the son of Robert and Rena (Pacy) Altamare

Luke was a veteran having served with the Army National Guard. He was an outdoorsman and loved to hike and fish.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother Marc Altamare.

Survivors include his mother, Rena (Pacy) Altamare of Donora; his wife, Barbara (Brletich) Altamare of Webster; five children, Joshua Altamare, Erica Altamare and Luke Altamare all of N. Belle Vernon, Sarah Altamare of Webster and Marc Schuler of Forward Twp; two sisters, Robin (Daniel) Mulkern of Finleyville and Rona Crow of Donora; a brother, Jan Altamare of Nashville TN; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Remembrance Gathering for Luke will be held on August 24, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Hope Center Church, 813 Fayette Avenue, Belle Vernon, PA 15012
