Marianne D.  Hruby (Adamusko)
Marianne Delphine Hruby, age 76 of Donora, PA and longtime resident of OH, died Sunday, October 2, 2016 with her loving family by her side.
She was born January 14, 1940 in Donora the daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Simonik) Adamusko.
Marianne was a member of the Our Lady of the Valley Church in Donora, the Christian Mother’s and Women’s Guild and the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary. She was also a board member for the Donora Public Library. For many years, she was a CCD teacher at St. John’s Catholic Church in OH and was an active mother in the schools as she raised her children.
She is the devoted mother of 6, Sandy (Ronald) Hubscher of NJ, Regina (Terje) Aadland of FL, Leonard (Darlene) Hruby of OH, Ken (Annie) Hruby of OH, Greg Hruby of OH and Jennifer (Scott) Holdren of OH; loving grandmother of 6, Erik, Zach, Amanda, Sarah, Abigail, and Hannah; loving sister of Marlene Winn of PA; brother, Leonard Adamusko of PA.
Arrangements are being handled by Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Prayers will be recited 9:30 AM in the funeral home on Thursday, October 6, 2016 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Valley Church at 10:00 AM, with her nephew, Rev. Fr. Paul Hruby, as celebrant.
Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela, PA.
