Robin E. Evans, age 55, of Donora, PA, died peacefully after a long illness on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., PA.

Robin was born in Monongahela Hospital on October 22, 1959 a daughter of the late William W. Sr. and Margaret V. (Behanna) Evans,

She not only was a caring person, she was a wonderful human being, and a true humanitarian. She touched people in a special way enriching their lives with her humor and love. Robin was protestant by faith. She loved traveling, her brother's three dogs, doing crossword puzzles. She loved the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and followed Yough athletic teams.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey A. Evans and a sister, Bonita R. Evans.

Survivors include two brothers, William W. Evans Jr. (Paula) and Thomas H. Evans both of Donora; several nieces and nephews; and good friends Debbie Kerekes and Marty Kerr.

Arrangements are being handled by Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 www.massafrafuneralhome.com where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 29, 2015. Funeral service will be at Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 30, 2015, with Rev. Edward Burdett officiating.

Interment will follow at Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, PA

Robins family would like to thank the entire staff of Mon Valley Hospital for the great care they provided, especially 7 East where Robin had worked for twenty-five years before going on disability.
