Jan P Wagner, 67 of Monongahela, PA crossed over to the other side on Monday, April 14, 2014, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp., PA..
She was born on Wednesday, January 8, 1947 in N. Charleroi, PA the daughter of the late John P. and Dorothy R. (Tekach) Magash.
Surviving are sister, Celeste Magash of Donora, PA; a brother, Martin Magash of Donora; daughter, Brook Jadczak of IL; nephew, Travis (Julie) Magash; great niece, Lilly Magash; her beloved dog and fathful companion Phoebe Rose; also her beloved cats.
Private funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family.
