Obituary for Helen Lelekacs (Kuzemka)
Helen Lelekacs, a long time resident of Mon Valley Care Center, formerly of N. Huntingdon, PA passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018, at Monongahela Valley Hospital in Carroll Twp.
She was born in Donora Pa the daughter of the late Wasyl and Anna (Kazio) Kuzemka.
Helen was a member of the St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Donora.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George Lelekacs on June 2, 1979; three sisters, Alice Zolak, Julia Hendrick and Anna Kucynda; five brothers, Nicholas, Michael, William, Stephen and Andrew Kuzemka; and her Godson, Mark Kuzemka.
Helen is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033 (724) 379-6900 where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Funeral services will be at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 15, 2018, Fr. Stephen Gresh officiating.
Entombment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon, PA.
A Parastas Service will be held Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm in the funeral home.
