Catherine Bucich Thomas, age 89, of Greensburg, PA, formerly of Donora, died Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Redstone Highlands in Greensburg, PA.

She was born November 16, 1928 in Donora, the daughter of the late Anton Bucich and the late Katie Bucich

In addition to her parents Catherine was preceded in death by her husband, Michael P. Thomas in 1975; four sisters, Margaret Matava, Florence Heaps, Violet Wilkie and Pauline Koval; also a brother Samuel Bucich.

Survivors include her son, Michael (Natalie) Thomas of Greensburg; a daughter Mikki Thomas Brown of Mass.; two grandchildren, Michael G. Thomas and Kaitlin (Brad) Kosko; and a great granddaughter, Lily; two sisters, Marie Morrell of AZ, and Frances Sanko of Aliquippa; three brothers, Anthony Bucich of IN, Don Bucich of NC and Paul Bucich of WA; also many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Redstone Highlands Greensburg and Redstone Hospice for their exceptional care during this difficult time.
