Condolence: My deepest condolences to Cil's family. I had the pleasure of caring for her a couple times & we always had wonderful talks about Erie & up around that way. I am from Oil City,& she knew that area, we talked a lot about Erie & how much it has changed. She was such a wonderful woman.
